2, Details:
 

The working process of pallet block machine can be summarized as follows:

1. Feeding: The wood strip is conveyed into the heating plate.
2. Pressing: The high-pressure hydraulic cylinder pushes the piston to extrude and press the material, so that the urea-formaldehyde glue can be heated and solidified rapidly.
3. Heating: The heating plate is heated to a high temperature to promote the solidification and molding of the urea-formaldehyde glue.
4. Cutting: According to a certain length (usually around 1.2 m), the wood strip is cut into a long wooden strip.
5. Cooling: The long wooden strip is cooled down after molding.
6. Cutting: The long wooden strip is cut into the final size after cooling.
7. Packing: The finished products are packed and stacked in a row for use.

The pallet block machine is used to make the wooden pallet base, which is used for transportation or storage pallets. The final product can achieve E1 grade, and the pallet block can be solid without a hole in the center, or hollow.
